Devang Mehta

He has handled documentations for land and projects in the States of Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, West Bengal and Karnataka.

He has handled shareholders matters prepared shareholders & Shares Subscription, Shares & Debentures purchase Agreements and Buy back Agreements, He plays significant advisory role in business take overs, Merger and Demerger of the companies under Companies Act and SEBI takeover Code, He prepares Capital Structure and tailor made Articles of Association and has handled PE – FDI Investments documents & has undertaken in aggregate exceeding INR 4000 crores large size transactions for leading Developers and Corporates. Bhumika Sidhpura is a lawyer and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
